UPS SUCKS
Well, UPS was late getting the MARK II into Lexington so it didn’t get delivered. Dealing with a woman at the Lexington distribution center was not very pleasant. Her customer service skills were poor to say the least. The promised call back by 10pm last evening never came. 
I called in and complained to the central call in number and I did get a response from a supervisor this morning — but their ground operations is closed till Monday. UGH — all in all — FED EX is now my preferred carrier. Guess I will quit whining now.

I just go here UPS.com and track my stuff, probably more info there than CS will give you. You can at least see if it's made it to kentucky yet.
Too bad, waiting isn't fun.
